Team 4Meet Team 4 – Michele & Katy

Michele is a Marvelous Team Leader.  She has worked for the company for just over 2 years.  Michele has two adorable grandchildren (which is hard to believe.)  Katy has been with Marvelous Maids for over one year and is still enjoying being single!  They both do a fabulous job cleaning our customers’ homes!  Katy is working on the steps to lead a team of her own!

Tabitha Crapo, Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

 

Tabitha has been a Marvelous employee for 3 years!  She has a wealth of knowledge about cleaning, training and everything Marvelous!  She will be happy to assist you with any scheduling changes or cleaning questions or concerns!

GeorgeGeorge Gage – Training & Development Coordinator

George, a former teacher, recently joined our team as our Training & Development coordinator. He recently became the first person in the St Louis area to obtain the House Cleaning Technician Certification offered by IICRC. George finds the best cleaning products and training programs for our staff. He also drops in on our teams while cleaning and observes each employee’s work in order to coach team members to excellence!

Stephanie – Sales & Accounting Manager

Stephanie is our Office Manager. She sets up our phone and in-home estimates and walks our potential customers through exactly what we do when we clean your home as well as provides all pricing information. Stephanie was trained in the field and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of cleaning, pricing and the services we provide.
